Pui Yin Ho, PhD, is the Director of the Leung Po Chuen Research Centre for Hong Kong History and Humanities in the Research Institute for the Humanities, Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Professor and Vice Chair in the History Department. His research focuses on the social and economic history of Hong Kong and Modern China. His latest monograph, Abolition and Establishment: Evolution of the Administrative System of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals (2010).
