biography

Brian Hurwitz, MD, is Professor of Medicine and the Arts and Director of the Centre of the Humanities and Health at King's College London; he is also a General Practitioner of Medicine. He was received a Strategic Award by the Wellcome Trust in 2008 for a project, “The Boundaries of Illness,” which led to the establishment of Centre for the Humanities and Health.
