Dhammamegha Annie Leatt, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the WITS Institute of Social and Economic Research (WiSER), University of the Witwatersrand. Her research interests include the intersections between Buddhism and political theory; secularism; the South African constitution and cultures of Buddhist modernism.
