biography
Lucienne Thys-Şenocak is a professor in the Department of Archaeology and the History of Art at Koç University in Istanbul, Turkey. She has researched and published on various topics related to gender, architecture, and the preservation and display of archaeological human remains in museums. Her current interests are in developing medical/health humanities in Turkey, and the use of the clinic and hospital as spaces for art.
