biography

I hold a Ph.D. in Literary Theory (Academy of Sciences of Moldova, 2018) and I am currently working on my second Ph.D. in French/Francophone Studies. My dissertation explores the pain narratives in Quebec literature and cinema. My research interests are medical humanities, Quebec studies, literary and critical theory, cultural studies, and French modern and contemporary literature and cinema. I am is also interested in the doppelgänger, fantastic literature, immigration studies, and literatures of the francophone worlds.
